The program
Lex Millwork operates an appointment text messaging program for Home Depot customers whose door measure has been assigned to us. The program exists to schedule, confirm, and remind you about that appointment.
Messages come from (631) 906-7837, the same number that calls you about your appointment.
How you join
You are enrolled when your mobile number is provided with your Home Depot door order, or when you give it to us while arranging your appointment. Enrollment is limited to the appointment it relates to.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
What we send, and how often
Appointment confirmations, reminders before your appointment, follow-ups if we could not reach you by phone, and replies to questions you send us.
Frequency varies by order, typically fewer than eight messages in total. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lex Millwork does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to leave the program. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages after that. Reply START to rejoin.
Leaving the messaging program does not cancel or change your appointment. To reschedule or cancel, call us at (631) 906-7837.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (631) 906-7837.
Carriers and delivery
Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
How we handle your mobile number is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. In short: we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
